I’m Devan Sekar, a Software Engineer.

I build full stack applications that are clear to use, reliable in production, and easy for teams to maintain. My background in Electronics and Communication Engineering shaped how I approach software: understand the system, simplify the flow, and ship with care.

I’ve worked across landing pages, e-commerce experiences, ERP systems, SaaS products, and internal business platforms. That mix has taught me to balance frontend polish with backend reliability, turning ambiguous requirements into software that supports real workflows.

My core stack includes React, Next.js, SvelteKit, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Express.js, tRPC, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Prisma. I’m also growing deeper in Kubernetes, Kafka, Nginx, Temporal, Databricks, AI agents, bots, AI tools, and MCP to build more automated, intelligent systems.

I care about clean code because it compounds: readable systems are easier to debug, extend, and trust. Outside project work, I keep sharpening my problem-solving through coding challenges, open-source exploration, and hands-on experiments with new tools.
